What to wear?
During your intro, just wear anything you would wear to the gym!
If after you join, we recommend MMA style gloves and our Official Club T-shirt.
Do you have to be in great shape?
No. This is where you get in great shape. Our classes stress not only self defense moves and techniques, but we also include many drills that will leave you sweating and smiling!
I have never taken a martial arts class. Will I look lame?
lol. Not at all. Most of our students have never experienced martial arts outside of the movies! But come join, and you will be impressed with yourself at how easy it is to learn the moves and techniques that can help you stay safe.
